A Renewal of College Spirit

Thompson Turner Construction was selected to provide CM At-Risk services for the renovation and expansion of the IPTAY Center, attached to Frank Howard Football Stadium at Clemson University, home of the 2016 College Football National Champions.

The center was built in 1983 and has not had any major renovations since that time. Currently 14,000 SF, the facility is not sufficient to accommodate its growing development staff. An expansion is needed to include office space for staff working with major gifts, annual fund raising, estate planning, stewardship, ticketing, and support spaces. The existing spaces will be updated to improve interior aesthetics and reorganized to create better functionality and efficiency in operations and overall fundraising capabilities of IPTAY.

The police department and dispatch, currently on the lower level, will be relocated to another site, freeing up that additional space to support the expansion.

At Thompson Turner, we are a family.
